Cherry Chocolate Crisp

♦ The Gambling Chef’s Multi-Purpose Crumble Topping

♦ frozen or fresh pitted cherries

♦ semisweet chocolate chips

♦ heavy whipping cream

 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  In a small oven-safe dish (or a few small dishes if you wish to make more than one), add  some of the cherries, a bit of cream, and a handful of chocolate chips.  Top with a few handfuls of Crumble Topping.  Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.  Serve warm with iced cream or whipped cream.
