Avocado (Smash) Toast
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 to 3
♦ two ripe avocadoes
♦ lemon zest (to taste)
♦ lemon juice (to taste)
♦ fresh herbs, such as basil, parsley, dill, chopped
♦ crumbled feta cheese (to taste)
♦ chopped macadamia or other nuts (to taste)
♦ 2 to 3 teaspoons olive oil
♦ Kosher salt (to taste)
Scoop out the avocadoes into a bowl and add the other ingredients. Mix thoroughly, breaking the avocado into chunks (do not over-mash). Spread on your favorite crusty bread.
